A year ago, I stepped into the CEO role at Ludi with two main goals:
- Preserve what’s already working
- Lead Ludi into its next phase of growth and innovation
On the first point, I’m proud to share that, year to date, we’ve achieved 100% client and employee retention, while onboarding more clients and team members than ever before. This accomplishment is a testament not only to the strength of our products, but also to the exceptional quality of service we provide to our clients and the vibrant culture at Ludi.
Equally important, this milestone reflects something deeper: the power of collaboration. DocTime® wouldn’t be what it is today without the ideas, feedback, and trust of our clients. Together, we’ve built and refined a solution that not only meets their needs but also continues to evolve as healthcare grows more complex.
Of course, like any software company, we face our share of challenges. However, our team’s ability to swiftly resolve issues and develop creative solutions is unmatched in the industry. We understand how vital it is for providers to be paid accurately and on time, and we are unwavering in our commitment to making that happen.

Ludi began 12+ years ago as a time-tracking startup, and we’ve grown and evolved tremendously since then. From the start, our vision has been to address the full spectrum of physician compensation and provide complete visibility into provider payments. This year, we significantly accelerated our product development efforts, particularly in production compensation administration. Our early Productivity Module served as a proof of concept, and the overwhelming demand validated our decision to invest in a comprehensive solution. In 2024, we introduced revolutionary capabilities, including new wRVU calculation technology, that automate and provide full visibility into production data, helping clients streamline processes and ensure accuracy.
Every milestone we’ve achieved this year was shaped by our clients. Their feedback has been the cornerstone of our innovation, allowing us to continuously improve DocTime and make it an even more powerful tool for organizations nationwide.
