Compensation Administration
From wRVUs and productivity to directorships, FTE equivalents, stipends, and call coverage, every physician arrangement runs through one unified platform.

A Platform Built to Address Physician Compensation Complexity
Healthcare organizations run hundreds of compensation methodologies at once. Employed and independent physicians, direct and indirect contracts, and every arrangement in between.
Ludi built an advanced calculation engine to process any physician compensation arrangement. It’s configured to your unique rules, and every arrangement your organization pays runs through it. One engine applied consistently to every physician, every claim, and every cycle.

Comp Admin FAQs
Answers to common questions about Ludi’s Compensation Administration capabilities.
It takes what a physician’s contract promises and produces a payment you can defend. That means calculating productivity, capturing time and activity, tracking FTE, routing approvals, processing payments, generating statements, and keeping the records behind each step. Ludi does all of that in one system rather than across a payroll platform, a contract file, and a set of spreadsheets.
Your plans stay as they are. Health systems do not run one compensation methodology. They run hundreds at once, and the answer is not to simplify them until they fit the software. A single compensation plan in Ludi can carry base pay, productivity, medical directorships, shift and call coverage, co-management arrangements, professional services agreements, supervision, bonuses, and recurring payments together, and it can apply to one physician or to an entire specialty. Eligibility rules, pay components, GL codes, limits, and approvers are all configured inside that plan, not bolted on around it. Fourteen years of building around real compensation complexity is why the arrangements other systems treat as exceptions are already in the model.
The Ludi Platform integrates with the systems that already hold your physician and clinician data: ERP and payroll (Workday, Oracle, Lawson, ADP, UKG), EHR (Epic, Cerner, athenahealth, Allscripts, ModMed), contract management (Ntracts, symplr, RLDatix, Intelagree), scheduling (QGenda, PerfectServe, TigerConnect), and data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks). Connect by SFTP or API, front-end, back-end, or bidirectional, all under our HITRUST certification. Ludi is a Workday Innovation Partner and an Ntracts partner.
Most teams are live in weeks rather than quarters. Ludi configures to your compensation plans, your organizational structure, and your approval rules, so implementation is a configuration exercise rather than a custom development project. Every implementation is run in house by the team that built the platform, which is also why the timeline holds.
